Not Too Bad: Leading Up To Elections in Iraq

I am sure you have heard the doomsayers announcing that nearly all of the Iraqis in the more dangerous provinces will stay home. Saddam Hussein used WMD and slaughtered hundreds of thousands of innocent people. Iraqis that compose the silent majority in Iraq were the ones that suffered under him and they will make a huge presence on Election Day.

According to a report at NewsMax.com, Sunni (the party of Saddam Hussein and the minority party) participation in the election could reach 50%. This information comes from a State Department official that spoke on background last week. The MSM missed this little announcement but NewsMax.com did not. A poll conducted by a Republican think-tank and reported in The Scotsman revealed similar interest inside Iraq for the elections to take place this weekend. The poll found that 80% of Shiite and Kurdish voters and nearly 50% of Sunni voters intend to vote in the elections beginning Sunday, January 30th 2005.

Lots and lots of Iraqis may die and the elections won’t be perfect in many ways. Those that end up in the clear minority as a result of these elections are likely to argue (without success) that the elections were illegitimate. The terrorists will be so disparaged as a result of these elections that they will claim the elections are illegal despite more than 60% of the country having turned out to vote.

In all my research on the Iraq election, which is significant, I believe they will go forward as planned and that all of the doomsayers, projecting mass boycotts and death will be again proven wrong. You see, these are the same folks that have been nay saying about Iraq since the invasion. These are also the same people or the descendants of the same people that boohooed over our involvement in Vietnam and eventually caused the US troops to leave. This eventually led to a 100% removal of all support and the collapse of the Democratic South Vietnamese government.

Most of the people who are openly predicting illegitimate elections are not at all impressed that Iraq is having them at all. It is important that all freedom-loving Americans understand that our own 1st elections did not go well. Nor have the early elections of several South American counties which our now Democracies.

The filthy Jihadists are pulling out all the stops to stop or make illegitimate these elections. They are quiet obviously going to kill as many people, regardless of nationality, as they can. They believe the people of Iraq wish to be ruled by fear and terror. My bet is that they are wrong. I believe that a massive majority of Iraqis will come out and prove that they want to be in control of their own nation and that they want that nation to hear their voices.

Email Really Helped Me Last Year!

Thanks to all my friends who sent me such important emails in 2004! It's so wonderful that you included me in your quest to inform!

Because of all of you I stopped drinking Coca-Cola after I found out from you that it's good for removing toilet stains.

I stopped going to the movies for fear of sitting on a needle infected with a disease.

I smell awful, but thank goodness I stopped using deodorant because you said it causes cancer.

I don't leave my car in any parking lot even though I sometimes have to walk about seven blocks, because you said that someone might drug me with a perfume sample and then try to rob me.

I also stopped answering the phone because you said that they will ask me to dial a stupid number and then I get a high phone bill with calls to Uganda, Singapore, Tokyo and maybe the Mars Rover.

I stopped eating chicken and hamburgers because you told me they are nothing more than horrible mutant freaks with no eyes or feathers that are bred in a lab so that places like McDonalds can sell their Big Macs.

I also stopped drinking anything out of a can - you said that I will get sick from the rat feces and urine.

When I go to parties, I now don't mix with anybody - you said that someone will take my kidneys and leave me taking a nap in a bath tub full of ice.

However, the police are also after me at present because you said not to pull over as they could be fake policemen trying to kidnap me.

I went bankrupt from bounced checks that I wrote, in anticipation of the $15,000 that Microsoft and AOL were supposed to send me when I participated in their special e-mail program.

It's weird, though, that my new free cell phone never arrived, and neither did the passes for my paid vacation to Disneyland.

But I am positive that all this is because of the chain I broke or forgot to follow and I got a curse.

OOPS I ALMOST FORGOT, IMPORTANT NOTE: If you don't send this e-mail to at least 1200 people in the next ten seconds, a bird will crap on you tonight at 7:00 PM.

Here's to an even better informed 2005 !

Belated HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

Nod to Linda Savadian.

Commuter Trains Derail in Glendale, CA

1 or more communter trains derailed in Glendale, CA. Authorities seem to be indicating that foul play can not be ruled out. Was this terrorism??? I will continue to update as information becomes available.

UPDATE: A suspect is in custody. Juan Alverez is in custody for driving his vehicle on to the tracks in an attempt to commit suicide. DEVELOPING......

I guess the guy spent the whole night trying to kill himself ending with him driving his SUV onto the tracks. He supposedly lost his nerve but his vehicle was caught on the tracks. So in order to spare his own life he abandoned it and watched from a distance as 12 people died and more than 250 were injured.

We Are Sorry About Barbara Boxer

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the havok Boxer would create after winning re-election to the Senate. She obviously feels she won some sort of mandate as the Democratic attack dog in the senate.

I still don't understand why the Republican running against her, Bill Jones ran such a lukewarm campaign. Even the backing of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger could not get Jones' share of the vote above 40%.

On behalf of all California Republicans and centrist Democrats, I apologize America!
